FORGE FIGHT CLUB
Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective from: 17 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all members of Forge Fight Club and, where the member is under 18 years of age, their parent or legal guardian.
By registering for a membership, purchasing a service, attending a trial or using the facilities or services of Forge Fight Club, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership
Forge Fight Club memberships operate on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
Membership does not create a fixed-term contract and will continue monthly until cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Memberships are personal to the registered member(s) and must not be transferred or shared with anyone who is not registered under the relevant membership.
2. Membership Categories

Forge Fight Club reserves the right to amend its membership options, class timetable and pricing. Members will be given reasonable notice of any material changes affecting their existing membership.
3. Membership Payments
Membership fees are payable monthly.
Where payment is collected by Direct Debit through ClubRight, payments will normally be collected on the 1st of each month.
New members joining part-way through a month may be required to make a pro-rata payment covering the period between their joining date and the start of their regular monthly payment cycle.
Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment details remain valid and that sufficient funds are available for membership payments.
If a payment is declined, cancelled, reversed or otherwise remains outstanding, Forge Fight Club may temporarily suspend access to training until the outstanding balance has been resolved.
Any applicable third-party payment processing or failed-payment charges will be subject to the terms displayed at the time of payment.
4. Cancellation
Memberships are monthly rolling memberships.
Members wishing to cancel should notify Forge Fight Club through the appropriate ClubRight cancellation process or contact Forge Fight Club directly.
Cancellation of a Direct Debit with a bank alone does not necessarily constitute notification of cancellation to Forge Fight Club.
Any membership fees already due before cancellation remain payable.
Unless required by law or expressly agreed by Forge Fight Club, membership fees already paid are non-refundable for periods during which the member simply chooses not to attend.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights that a member may have.
5. Free Trials
Where Forge Fight Club offers a First Week Free Trial, this is intended for genuine prospective new members.
Unless otherwise agreed by Forge Fight Club, a free trial may only be used once per person.
Availability of free trials may be limited and Forge Fight Club reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotional trial offers.
Completion of a free trial does not automatically guarantee membership or a place within a particular class.
6. Class Timetable & Attendance
Members must attend classes appropriate to their age, membership and ability unless otherwise authorised by a Forge Fight Club coach.
Members should arrive in sufficient time to prepare for their session.
Forge Fight Club may amend class times, instructors, training formats or timetables when reasonably necessary.
Classes may occasionally be cancelled or changed due to coach availability, competitions, events, emergencies, maintenance or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Forge Fight Club.
Where possible, members will be given reasonable notice of significant changes.
7. Member Check-In
Members may be required to check in using the ClubRight system or another check-in system provided by Forge Fight Club.
Members must only use their own account, QR code or membership credentials.
Allowing another person to use your membership or check-in details may result in membership suspension or cancellation.
8. Children & Young People
Members under 18 must be registered with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring that Forge Fight Club has accurate contact and emergency information for the child.
Children must follow the instructions of Forge Fight Club coaches and staff at all times.
Parents and guardians must follow any drop-off, collection, supervision and safeguarding procedures communicated by Forge Fight Club.
Parents or guardians should inform Forge Fight Club if somebody other than the usual responsible adult will be collecting a young child where this is relevant to the club’s safeguarding procedures.

Serious or repeated misconduct may result in the member being asked to leave a session or having their membership suspended or terminated.
Where appropriate, Forge Fight Club may terminate membership immediately where behaviour creates a significant safety, safeguarding or welfare concern.
10. Training & Safety
Boxing, kickboxing, fitness training and combat sports involve inherent physical risks.
Members must follow coaching and safety instructions at all times and must not deliberately undertake activities beyond those authorised by the coach leading the session.
Members should use appropriate clothing and equipment for training.
Protective equipment may be required for certain activities, including sparring.
Members must not participate in sparring unless authorised by the coach responsible for the session.
Forge Fight Club may prevent a member from participating in an activity where a coach reasonably considers that participation would be unsafe.
11. Health & Medical Conditions
Members are responsible for informing Forge Fight Club of relevant medical conditions, injuries or other circumstances that could reasonably affect their ability to participate safely.
Parents or guardians are responsible for providing relevant information for members under 18.
Members should not train where they have been advised by an appropriate healthcare professional not to participate.
If you are uncertain whether boxing, kickboxing or physical training is appropriate for you, you should obtain appropriate medical advice before participating.
Members must immediately inform a coach if they become unwell or injured during a session.
12. Injuries & Emergencies
While Forge Fight Club takes reasonable steps to provide a safe training environment, the inherent risks associated with physical exercise and combat sports cannot be completely eliminated.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
In an emergency, Forge Fight Club staff may provide appropriate first aid and contact emergency services where reasonably considered necessary.
13. Sparring
Sparring is undertaken only with the permission and supervision of an authorised Forge Fight Club coach.
Participation in sparring may be refused or stopped at any time where the coach considers it necessary for safety, experience, behaviour or welfare reasons.
Required protective equipment must be worn.
Members must immediately follow any instruction to stop sparring.

Members remain responsible for their personal belongings.
Forge Fight Club cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
15. Personal Training / 1-to-1 Sessions
1-to-1 personal training sessions are separate from standard monthly memberships unless specifically stated otherwise.
Bookings are subject to coach availability.
Payment may be required in advance to secure a booking.
Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements applicable to a booking will be communicated when the session is arranged.
Repeated non-attendance or late cancellation may result in advance payment being required for future bookings.
16. Photography & Video
Forge Fight Club may occasionally take photographs or video footage for legitimate club purposes, including promotion of the club, its activities and achievements.
Appropriate consent will be obtained where required, particularly in relation to children and young people.
Members or parents/guardians who do not wish themselves or their child to appear in promotional photography or video should notify Forge Fight Club.
Safeguarding considerations will take priority when recording or publishing content involving children.
17. ClubRight & Member Information
Forge Fight Club uses ClubRight and other appropriate service providers to administer memberships, payments, attendance and member information.
Members are responsible for ensuring that the personal and contact information provided is accurate and kept up to date.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and Forge Fight Club’s applicable privacy information.
18. Suspension or Termination by Forge Fight Club
Forge Fight Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where reasonably necessary, including for:
- Serious or repeated breaches of these Terms & Conditions
- Non-payment
- Abusive, threatening or dangerous behaviour
- Bullying or harassment

- Conduct that places members, staff or visitors at unreasonable risk
Decisions will be made reasonably and proportionately, taking into account the circumstances.
19. Changes to Membership Prices or Terms
Forge Fight Club may update membership prices or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Where a change materially affects an existing member’s membership, reasonable notice will be provided where required.
Updated Terms & Conditions may be made available through ClubRight, the Forge Fight Club website or directly to members.

By purchasing or continuing a Forge Fight Club membership, the member confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Where the member is under 18, the parent or legal guardian registering the member confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions on their behalf.
These Terms & Conditions do not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
